VapeHQ is a planned business software workspace for independent vape retailers. Its official website is zapehq.co. The dedicated application is in development, with no launch date, paid subscription or functioning retail checkout offered on this site.
The operational areas being explored
The roadmap includes structured item records and variants, supplier references, location-level quantities, receiving and reorder visibility. Staff roles and operational reporting across locations are also planned.
These are product priorities, not a list of live features. A store evaluating software today should distinguish the public launch website from an available application.
What a store can bring to an early discussion
Share the number of locations, the software you currently use and which daily tasks create the most work. Describe the inventory data you need to preserve and the reports you depend on when reviewing a store’s activity.
Discuss required integrations and migration needs before assuming compatibility. Send general business requirements only; do not email passwords, payment card information or customer records.
Checkout and eligibility require separate review
A dedicated retail checkout is planned, subject to payment-provider eligibility and approval. No regulated-product payment connection, age-verification integration or compliance guarantee is currently available or promised.
